The Michigan Chapter of the Employee Involvement Association (EIA) is a non-profit service organization composed of members from Michigan, Ohio, and the southwest section of Ontario, Canada.  It is committed to assisting chapter members in their efforts to operate and promote successful employee involvement processes, suggestion programs, and quality initiatives, and supporting the mission and aims of the National Employee Involvement Association.  To learn more about the National Employee Involvement Association please visit their website at www.eianet.org.
